  • Focus Areas: Life dimensions you want to improve (Strength, Nutrition, Focus, Spirituality, Time Management, Relationships)
  • Goals: Your primary goal (building new habits, breaking bad habits, leveling up, finding balance)
  • Experience Level: Your habit tracking experience (beginner, intermediate, advanced)
  • Notification Preferences: Your preferred notification style (standard, motivational, or roast)
  • Habit and Task Data: Habits you create, including titles, descriptions, categories, schedules, metrics (duration, distance, count), and completion status
  • AI Chat Conversations: Messages you send to the AI coach feature
  • Feature Suggestions: Feedback or suggestions you submit through the App

3.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the App, we automatically collect certain information:

  • Usage Data: Screens you view, features you use, buttons you tap, and your interaction patterns within the App
  • Progress Data: Task completion rates, streaks, daily summaries, and historical activity patterns
  • Device Information: Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and app version

  • Through RevenueCat SDK for subscription management
  • Through Superwall SDK for paywall interactions

4.3 Through Third-Party Services

When you make a purchase or subscribe to premium features, payment information is processed directly by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not receive or store your payment card details.

7. Sharing of Data with Third Parties

We share your information with the following categories of third parties:

7.1 Service Providers

When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable timeframe, except where we are required to retain it for legal, accounting, or security purposes.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction:

  • Encryption: Data is encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL protocols
  • Secure Infrastructure: We use Firebase's enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with built-in security features
  • API Security: AI provider API keys are stored securely in Firebase Secrets and are never exposed to client devices
  • Local Storage: On-device data is stored securely using the Hive database
  • Access Controls: Access to personal data is limited to authorized personnel

While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we continuously work to improve our security measures.

11. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

Peakline is designed for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions).

  • Overall notification permissions through your device settings

You can disable push notifications at any time through your device's settings or the App's notification settings.

15. Offline Functionality

Peakline is designed to work offline for core features. Your habit and task data is stored locally on your device using the Hive database. This means:

  • You can view and complete tasks without an internet connection
  • AI features (chat coach, task suggestions) require an internet connection
  • Your local data remains on your device unless synced to our cloud services

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons.

When we make material changes, we will:

  • Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy
  • Notify you through the App or by other appropriate means
  • Where required by law, obtain your consent to the changes

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
